This contest is sponsored by Players Vacation Club, Inc., 501 W. Broadway Plaza A, Suite 321, San Diego, CA 92101. There is no purchase necessary to enter or win. This contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are twenty one (21) years or older at the time of entry; however , the contest is void where otherwise prohibited or restricted by law.

Drawing for the contest winner will be held no later than October1^st, 2007 on all entries received by September 15, 2007. To sign up for the contest you must fill out and provide the information required on the form.

All entries must be received via the internet. Winners will be notified by email. Any changes in email address must be sent via mail to our listed address above.

Member and a guest will stay 3 nights in accommodations at the Mandalay Bay Casino Hotel in fabulous Las Vegas, Nevada or similar type property. The package includes Roundtrip Airfare, within the domestic United States and accommodations and $500.00 cash.  Airfare provided from United State destinations only.

Airfare departure dates to Las Vegas must occur on a Sunday through Thursday only. Meals, taxes, transfers, and entertainment are the responsibility of the Winner. Winner will submit Travel Dates to Players Vacation Club and must provide a 45 day advance notice of departure date. Travel can not be completed during blackout dates such as Holidays, conventions or busy travel dates. Travel must be redeemed no later than December 31^st, 2007.

Players Vacation Club will retain the right to use the winners name in promotions and other marketing programs. Limit one entry per email address or submission.

Travel will be arranged by Players Vacation Club, Inc. Winner will be notified by e-mail as well as listed on our web page.

Employees of Players Vacation Club, Inc., its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, fulfillment centers, judges and their immediate families living in the same household are not eligible. Sponsors not responsible for printing errors in Official Entry Forms or rules. Winners agree that PVC its advertising agencies, fulfillment centers, affiliates and employees shall have no liability in connection with acceptance or use of the prize awarded in this sweepstakes.

Chances of winning prize will be awarded in a random drawing held from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received.

Winners will be notified by electronic mail. Players Vacation Club, Inc. will attempt to re-send said email up to 3 times. If any winner does not respond to email notification within three days of its transmission, or should the email be returned as undeliverable after 3 attempts, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate will be selected at random. Winners may not substitute or transfer prizes. Players Vacation Club, Inc., reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event a prize is unavailable. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. All taxes on prize are winner’s responsibility. Limit: one prize per household.

Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission to use winners’ names, hometowns and likenesses for online posting, and/or any advertising and publicity without additional compensation. Winners may also be required to sign and return a release of liability, declaration of eligibility and, where lawful, publicity consent agreement, as conditions of receiving a prize. Failure to comply with the aforementioned conditions shall be grounds for forfeiture of a prize.
