What are the requirements to join Players Vacation Club?
Our financing program is available to U.S. residents that are over 18 years of age, a combined household income of over $1,800 per month, a valid U.S. checking account for a minimum of six months, paid the required fees for enrollment and have agreed to the Membership Terms and Conditions. 

Will Players Vacation Club require a credit check?
No.  Players Vacation Club requires personal documentation of our program qualifications to accompany your financed vacation request.  These documents allow us to verify your identity and confirm your eligibility for our financing program without a credit check.  Additional documentation to verify identity, employment status, or residency may be requested at the discretion of the Finance Manager.

The following documents must be submitted with your vacation request:

  1. A copy of your Social Security card OR a copy of your pay stub or a State-Issued I.D. that contains your Social Security number
  2. A copy of your valid Driver’s License, State-Issued I.D. or Military I.D.
  3. A copy of a recent Pay Stub OR a copy of your taxes from the previous year (Form 1040)
  4. A copy of a recent Utility Bill 
  5. A voided Personal Check.

Will my positive payments show up on my credit report?Yes! We will report your positive payment history to Trans Union. Our program can help to improve your credit score. All positive payments are reported to Trans Union, a major credit agency. A positive payment history can help to build or re-build your credit rating.

When can I begin my vacation arrangements?
We must receive your vacation request a minimum of 45 days prior to your departure date to qualify for our financing program.  You may submit your request as soon as you receive your permanent member identification number, however, we do require that all membership fees must be paid in full prior to your departure date. 

How do I arrange my vacation plans?

  1. Select one of our exciting destinations from the vacation options listed on our website.
  2. Submit a Trip Quote or complete a Travel Request Form with your vacation requirements.
  3. Print a copy of your Vacation Request Form and mail along with the applicable deposit and supporting personal documentation to our office no later than 45 days prior to your departure date.

Do I have to send a reservation deposit to begin my vacation request?
Yes.  A deposit of 20% - 30% is required to initiate a vacation request, and is fully refundable prior to the confirmation of your vacation package.  Once your vacation request has been received in our office, a Vacation Specialist will arrange an itinerary based on your specific travel requirements and departure location.  An additional deposit may be required and will be determined by the total cost of your customized itinerary. 

How do I determine the deposit amount for my vacation package?
Please refer to the following guidelines to determine the deposit required for our financed vacation packages: Total Package Cost*   Deposit Required

$       0.00 - $1,150.00                        20%

$1,151.00 - $2,000.00                        25%

$2,001.00 - $3,000.00                        30%

*Total package cost for two travelers.


What forms of payment are accepted for the reservation deposit?
We accept the following payment options:

  • Personal Check
  • Cashiers Check
  • Money Order

In order to expedite your travel plans; we recommend that you enclose a cashiers check or money order for your deposit.  All personal checks are subject to a (7-10) day hold. 

If I cancel my vacation, is my reservation deposit refundable?
Your deposit is fully refundable prior to the confirmation of your vacation.  Once your reservation is confirmed, your right to a refund is limited. You will be responsible for all cancellation fees required by the travel provider, cruise line, airline or hotel.

How many travelers can I finance using my membership?
PVC will finance a maximum of two persons per financed vacation package.  All expenses incurred by additional travelers must be paid in full at the time your reservation is confirmed. 

Can I finance airfare only, train tickets or bus tickets?
Unfortunately, we do not have any financed vacation options available for these requests.

Can I travel to destinations not listed on the website?
Our vacation packages have been carefully selected to provide the most popular, exciting and affordable destinations currently available through our wholesale travel vendors.    If you would like to suggest a destination for our financed vacation options, please submit your suggestions to info@playersvacationclub.com.  We recommend that you visit our website often, as our Vacation Specialists add new destinations and travel specials frequently!

Are tickets to enter theme parks and attractions included with my vacation package?No. All tickets to shows, theme parks, concerts and attractions are not included in our vacation packages unless specifically stated as so.

Can I book a cruise package if I am under the age of 21?
No. All cruise passengers must be 21 years of age unless accompanied by a legal guardian. No exceptions

Can I travel alone?
Yes.  Single supplement itineraries can be arranged for the majority of our vacation packages.  Unaccompanied travelers will typically pay up to 80% of the total package price and must submit the deposit listed for two persons.   The difference in the single supplement package price will reflect in your financed balance.

How do I make the monthly payments for my financed vacation package?
All monthly payments will be electronically debited on a monthly basis directly from your checking account.   At this time, we do not offer an alternate payment option

Can I pay off my vacation early?
Yes.  You may pay off your balance or make additional payments at any time.  There are no penalties associated with this option.

Can I cancel my membership?
Yes.  You may cancel your membership at any time, provided you have not entered into a payment arrangement with us.  You may not cancel your membership until you have satisfied the terms of your agreement.

Can I finance multiple vacation packages?
You may submit one request per household for each financed vacation request.  You must maintain a positive payment history and complete six consecutive monthly payments to request an additional financed vacation package.  Your request will be reviewed and approved at the discretion of the Finance Manager. 

Can I give a financed vacation package as a gift?
Yes.  You may use our financing option to confirm a reservation you intend to use as a gift.  Please include this information on your travel request form along with the names of the travelers as they appear on the identification they will be using at the time of travel.  Although your reservation will bear the name of your guest, your credit agreement will be arranged under the terms of your membership.

Do you offer financing for large groups?
No.   We are limited to the number of reservations we are able to confirm for each day throughout the year.  Departure dates that have reached this capacity may not be available through our financing program.  Providing alternate travel dates on your request will ensure the confirmation of your vacation.

What airline carriers are included in my vacation package?
All major commercial airline carriers are available through our vendors, although availability may be limited based on your specific vacation requirements.  Your Vacation Specialist will select an airline carrier based on price and schedule convenience.  Please include any specific requests you may have in your vacation request form.   We will make every effort to accommodate these requests, and will discuss your options prior to confirmation.

Will I need a passport for my vacation?
Effective 12/31/06, there will be significant changes in identification requirements for international travel.  To review these changes, and determine the requirements for your destination, please visit the State Department’s travel website at www.travel.state.gov.
